If you didn’t already know, the issue happens because you’ve accidentally enabled AssistiveTouch, an Accessibility feature. While it’s designed to help, it often feels more like a roadblock, making your watch less intuitive by blocking items on the screen. If you’re fed up with this frustration, let’s walk through how to turn it off and get back to a smooth, hassle-free Apple Watch experience.

Start by opening the Watch app on your iPhone. Head over to the Accessibility tab and tap to expand it.
